Medical Assistant (MA)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Skill in operating a computer, copy, and fax machine.
  • Skill in answering the telephone in a pleasant/helpful manner and using multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral, and written instructions.
  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and pain management procedures.

Back office duties include but are not limited to:

  • Accurately documenting patient information including vital signs, height, weight, medications, medical, family, and social history, etc.
  • Draw up medication for injections
  • Help with blood draws for regenerative treatment
  • Assisting with procedures in a sterile environment
  • Print PMP/IMAGING and EMR documentation
  • Manage phone calls and handle appropriately
  • Proper documentation of patient calls and refill request
  • Call reminder to patients for procedures and to ensure they are off specific medications
  • Assure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared
  • EMR experience: (e-Clinical work) plus
  • Work diligently throughout the day and use down time productively
  • Willingness to learn different and new treatment protocols/procedures
  • Scanning and shredding
  • Dispense DME
  • Medication prior-auth and appeals
  • Pregnancy test
  • Glucose test
  • Urine drug screen
  • Covid-19 test

Must show initiative, be motivated and open to feedback. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must be willing to travel to both locations.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of approved MA program

Front Office Receptionist

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Greet patients
  • Answer multi-line phone calls
  • Check-in/check-out patients
  • Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
  • Process referrals
  • Insurance verification
  • Medical records requests
  • Enter patients in e-Clinical Works EMR system
  • Scanning and shredding
  • Cash box
  • Patient discharge paperwork if not already provided
  • Lobby cleanliness
  • Must show initiative, be motivated and open to feedback. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must be willing to travel to both locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-years of experience in the front office of a fast-paced medical clinic or setting

Marketer

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Proficient in Adobe products
  • Proficient with Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Wix preferred
  • Communicate across broad audiences

Marketers duties include but are not limited to:

  • Create marketing material (both digital and print)
  • Social media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
  • Website management
  • Online marketing platforms
  • Establish/maintain relationships with referring providers
  • Client communications
  • Event and party planning
  • Attend company events
  • Attend networking events
  • Create monthly newsletters
  • Distribute marketing material to providers’ offices
  • Answer in-bound/conduct outbound calls
  • Maintain client/marketing lists
  • Maintain incoming email box
  • Order marketing supplies
